• Received the wrong item
• Item arrived not as expected (for example, damaged packaging)
• Item had defects
• Delivery took longer than the estimated time
• The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn. This means the item(s) must be securely packed in a box for protection during transport, ideally the same packaging used to ship the order to you.
